• rda disposition modified.xls is a list of all RDA property sales from 1986 to the present, current as of May 2011, showing properties that have been disposed since 1989. [More info here]
• Vacant_Properties_and_Buildings_20110425.xls is a list of properties likely vacant, according to Water Department records, in March 2011. Important note: We cannot vouch for the accuracy of this data and emphasize that these data sets represent snapshots in time, and are not being updated. Users should keep in mind that properties conveyed by the RDA may remain “vacant” for a variety of reasons: some were conveyed for use as side lots to residents who had maintained them for years; redevelopment goals may include such “vacant” uses as parking lots, green space, etc. [More info here]
