GreenPlan Philadelphia continues meetings
GreenPlan Philadelphia, a consortium whose mission involves developing a citizen-driven process that will sustain, create and improve Philadelphia open spaces, continued its first phase of community engagement in Center City. The organization will be conducting information sharing sessions in other parts of the city in December.
