Why is zoning reform important to you? There has to be a lot of changes, because the old system is antiquated. There are codes that have been in place since the 1960s, and that should be changed and cleaned up.

Why are you a good choice for this commission? My affiliation in the building industry and my expertise in the building industry. To the people that sit on the commission, I can provide contacts with the people who are actually doing the work

What is the most pressing zoning issue Philadelphia faces? I will need to do additional research (through the ZCC process) before I can answer that.
