Update: Super Bowl shooter out on bail

Ronald Parncutt, the man accused of accidentally shooting his neighbor to death during a Super Bowl party, has been released on $50,000 bail.

Parncutt, 50, will go straight to trial for third-degree murder, possession of an instrument of crime and recklessly endangering another person. Leading up to the trial, Parncutt has been instructed so stay away from victim Christopher Donaghy’s family.
