Nicole Contosta reports that the Zoning Board of Adjustments delayed making a decision on Campus Inn this past Tuesday, March 24th.
Having presented its final case for a variance on February 19th, the applicant as well as the opposition had until March 8th to submit their closing arguments.
Contosta also reported that sources close to the story speculate that the postponement resulted from the fact that because the ZBA’s ruling wouldn’t have worked out in the applicant’s favor, so the applicant requested a delay.
