Shiny, new site

By Shannon McDonald

Check us out!

After a long weekend of construction and renovations, the new NEastPhilly.com is up and running. We overhauled everything to make the site easier to navigate, more fun to search and well, nicer to look at.

NEastPhilly.com is a self-hosted site now, meaning no more neastmag.wordpress.com. And in case you missed it, on the right side of the page is (drum roll, please) ad space! NEastPhilly is now ad-capable, meaning any savvy business person in the Northeast can buy ad space from us, so be on the lookout for those or contact us if that’s you.

All your old favorites are back: The Parent Trap, Real NEastate, Food for Thought, A Woman’s View and NEast Links. Plus, of course, daily news and features content. We’ve also got some exciting new stuff to show off on our About and Advertise pages. If you’re looking for Right NEast/Wrong NEast, you’ll find it on the RNWN page.

Be advised, though the new NEastPhilly.com is fully operational, we’re still rennovating. If anything looks off, it probably is, and it will get fixed. In the meantime, feel free to peruse and tell us what you like/don’t like about the new site. And be sure to tell everyone you know about us. We’re essentially starting from scratch. If you subscribe in a feed, please make the switch.
