Philly’s Fall Leaf Drive: Save the City money and landfill space

From now until to December 18, you can help the City save money, free up landfill space and give Philly’s composting program a huge boost by collecting fallen leaves on your property and in your neighborhood.  These leaves will be composted for use covering vacant lots, fertilizing community and public gardens, and nourishing newly planted trees throughout the city.  More bags of leaves mean more fertile compost to use in our communities and less organic waste in landfills, so everyone wins!

For additional details about collection check out the Fall Leave Drive website, or call 311 or (215) 686-5560 for more information.
