NEast Philly Holiday Photo Contest

Now that’s you’ve had your first taste of the holidays with our Northeast Christmas Carol, it’s time for you to get involved.

Following the success of our Halloween Photo Contest, we’ll be hosting a similar Holiday Contest. Just like last time, we want your silliest, cutest, most outrageous photos — of the holiday sort. Whether your house is covered top to bottom in lights, your dog makes a great Rudolph impersonator or someone you know makes the best-looking cookies, submit your photos!

The first 10 people to submit photos will win a NEast Philly car sticker - an easily removable token of Northeast pride. (Actual sticker is just the oval.)

All your submissions (at the discretion of our editors) will appear on the site Wednesday, Dec. 23. Act quickly, because the first 10 people to send their photos will receive an NEPHL car sticker. Our grand prize winner, submitter of the most creative photo, will win a gift certificate for a fine dinner at a Northeast eatery.

Here are the simple instructions for sending your photos:

  • Send us your photos with your name, e-mail address, neighborhood and short description (including the year) of the photo. You can e-mail attachments to info[at]neastphilly[dot]com.
  • If you’re among the first 10, we’ll send you a car sticker. If you’re the grand prize winner, you’ll win a gift certificate for a nice meal out in a small, Northeast-based restaruant.
  • Win or lose, your photo just might appear on NEastPhilly.com Wednesday, Dec. 23
  • The deadline to submit photos is 10 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22.
