Neighborhood Stabilization Program hosts Economic Opportunity Summit

The Redevelopment Authority welcomes certified MBE/WBE firms to attend a free networking event to find out about business opportunities with the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP).

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

Developers
General Contractors
Subcontractors
Lead-based Paint Testing and Remediation Contractors
Energy Auditors
Suppliers
Vendors

NSP, a federal stimulus program, will renovate more than 200 single family homes over the next three years.    NSP homes need moderate rehabilitation. Contracting opportunities range from $500 to $100,000 for code and basic systems improvements, lead-based paint remediation, menergy efficiency and finish upgrades.  MBE/WBE firms will be able to meet NSP qualified developers, market their business and learn about contracting opportunities.
