Brownstoner: Imagining a Bicycle Transit Center

The Delaware Valley Green Building Council has released the results of its sustainable design competition to envision a bike transit center in Philadelphia, Brownstoner reports. The winner—Columbia University Graduate school of Architecture’s Annie Scheel—takes home $1,000 for her BIKE transit center [jpg], which envisions sustainable storage for bike commuters and bike sharers, along with green space, just north of City Hall.
