“Golden Block” getting repaved and repainted in $3.8 million revitalization project

The “Golden Block,” sidewalks along Fifth Street between Lehigh and Allegheny Avenues, will be repaved and repainted gold, the Inquirer’s Vanessa Martinez reports.
