Dog of the Week: Vinny

My name is Vinny(A11842207)! I’m a 3- to 5-year-old pit mix. My owners brought me here to the shelter because I was too much responsibility. Well, yeah..hello..I’m a dog.. I need to be fed and walked and let outside to do “my business.” I don’t like to mess in my kennel.. you see, I’m housebroken.

I didn’t have the privilege of learning too many things in my previous home, so I would really love to find someone who could teach me some basic obedience and maybe even a neat trick or two. I’m super happy to please, and wow, do I love treats.. so training me shouldn’t be too much work!!

Because I haven’t too much experience with other dogs, please bring in your dog to meet me first. I would really like to go to a home where we all get along nicely. I met some cats and they hissed at me..That was weird.. I’m not sure what that was all about, so I just walked away. I should probably be tested with cats again if you have a cat at home.
