Friday – Police continue their search for the masked suspects who killed a Tacony storeowner during an armed robbery Friday. Xiang Huang, 27, was shot inside Jin House, the Chinese store and takeout restaurant he owned with wife Jin Huang at Longshore Avenue and Tulip Street. Xiang was killed in front of his wife and baby daughter, and also leaves behind two other young daughters.
Saturday – A gunman was arrested early Saturday morning in Summerdale after allegedly firing at an unmarked police car. The suspect was arrested on the 800-block of Brill Street after shots were fired around 1 a.m. near Summerdale Avenue and Brill Street.
