Danza joins Stack to discuss public school budget cuts

Actor Tony Danza is back in the Northeast. Long after wrapping up his teaching gig at Northeast High School, Danza will perform there tonight in the “ExtravaDanza” student/teacher talent show.

But first, he’ll join Pa. Sen. Mike Stack and education advocates to discuss budget cuts at public schools.

Danza, Stack, Pennsylvania State Education Association Vice President Jerry Oleksiak, Public Citizens for Children & Youth Executive Director Shelly Yanoff and Philadelphia Federation of Teachers President Jerry Jordan Thursday at 11 a.m. outside the School District of Philadelphia headquarters. to talk about “detrimental impact of current and proposed future budget cuts to public schools.”
