Cat of the Week: Mommi

(A16110469) URGENT- Mother’s Day didn’t turn out quite the way it should have for Mommi! Just a few weeks ago, this gorgeous girl was raising her young babies on the street.

Luckily, the family was brought to the shelter, where Mommi continued to tend carefully to her young. She took such great care of her kittens that they grew big and strong, and old enough to be on their own.

Mommi must have used all her strength and energy on her kittens, because she’s now come down with a cold, and spent Mother’s Day in the isolation room.

Mommi is a striking beauty, with her long and lithe figure and shiny coat. Her face is beautiful as well, with her almond-shaped eyes and long, white whiskers that stand out amazingly against her black fur.

Although she isn’t feeling well, Mommi still enjoys head rubs and ear scratches. This sweet girl deserves a home of her own, where she can be doted on and taken care of for once- can you help her find that?
