Several families were displaced yesterday after a fire broke out inside an apartment complex at 2255 Welsh Rd. The building was evacuated and several families are receiving assistance from the Red Cross, but no injuries were reported [Philly.com].

One person was injured in a school bus crash yesterday at Roosevelt Boulevard and Adams Avenue. Students were loaded onto another bus following the 3:30 p.m. crash with another vehicle [Action News].

A Smedley teacher has turned himself in for molesting a 13-year-old boy in the bathroom of the Gallery mall in Center City. Marcus Sean Hall has been placed on leave from the Mastery school in Frankford [Fox29].
