Tacony man arrested for multiple counts of harassment and indecent exposure at Phila U.
A Tacony man is in police custody after a series of crimes at an East Falls school.
George Tobin, 40, of the 7100 block of Keystone St., is being charged in connection to five harassment and indecent exposure incidents on or near the campus of Philadelphia University.
According to police, Tobin was involved in five separate incidents occurring in the 3100 and 3200 blocks of School House Lane. In at least one incident, he exposed himself.
