A PPP poll commissioned by Forward Philadelphia PAC, who are backing Jim Kenney, says the Mayoral race is a dead heat between Kenney and Anthony Williams. Take partisan polls with a grain of salt, but PPP is a well-respected pollster and the MOE was only +/- 3.7%.
