Yards Brewery is planning an expansion on Spring Garden Street, making good on its commitment to stay in Philadelphia, reports Jacob Adelman. Yards is under agreement to lease 85,000 square feet at 5th and Spring Garden, site of the former Destination Maternity warehouse and a forthcoming mixed-use complex. The new facility would allow Yards to significantly increase capacity and house a full-scale restaurant.

Curbed Philly offers a peek inside the apartments being constructed inside the Divine Lorraine. Curbed hears six units have been leased so far and move-ins should begin by year’s end.
