Reimagining Pennsylvania's Industrial Spaces

Across the country, cities are reinventing their urban landscapes in intriguing ways. Philadelphia and other Pennsylvania cities have been working on innovative ideas for transforming past industrial spaces into active public spaces in ways we never thought possible. WHYY and the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society (PHS) will be hosting a Happy Hour panel discussion at the PHS Pop Up Garden at the Viaduct Rail Park.
