Bridget Keegan Barber has eight years of professional planning experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. At PennPraxis Bridget has worked on a variety of projects including helping to create the Civic Vision for the Central Delaware and The Action Plan for the Central Delaware, various public art focused projects, and parks-related projects. Prior to joining Penn Praxis, Bridget served as project manager for a series of transit-oriented development projects where she has helped Philadelphia communities develop site plans, land use plans, and implementation strategies for the development of underutilized sites around train stations.
