Many facilities MUST begin to comply with new GHG rules as of January, or Phase 2 starting in July 2011.

Our speaker, is a renowned international climate change (GHG/CO2) and Clean Air Act expert, who until recently, served as EPA Chief Legal Counsel, supervising 350 EPA attorney's, while representing the Agency before the Supreme Court on six Supreme Court decisions; including Massachusetts v. EPA, (wherein the Court's findings established the legal framework that EPA is citing in its efforts to regulate Greenhouse Gas Emissions), will share key GHG regulatory insights, and analysis.

This conference will help you to better understanding the new, complex, EPA GHG regulations, so you can effectively assess, and manage, the potential costs you face in 2011, and beyond, while strategically planning for future compliance challenges, and investments, to best minimize the impact on your bottom line.
