Monday (March 28), the Callowhill Neighborhood Association will ask the Board of Licenses & Inspections Review to overturn the Sept. 10, 2010 vote of the Philadelphia Historical Society that would allow, Siloam, a social service agency that owns the Church of the Assumption, to raze the historic church building based on financial hardship.The continued hearing for the Church of the Assumption will be held on Monday, March 28 at 10:00 AM, 1515 Arch Street, 18th Floor.
