Arts By The River Festival is the kick off for the community wide two-week long annual East Falls Fall Festival, held since 1985. Nestled on the banks of the Schuylkill River, East Falls is a small town in a big city offering an eclectic mix of residential and commercial opportunities. As a waterfront neighborhood it offers both history and a modern sensibility. Philadelphia Magazine included East Falls as one of the area’s “10 Cool Neighborhoods”. With its diverse background, community spirit, Fairmount Park location and strong sense of pride, East Falls is fast becoming Philadelphia’s next “great” neighborhood.
