Admission and all activities are free and open to the public. Free parking.
Enjoy: Family activities, including Veggie Races; shopping in the Gardener’s Marketplace and Meadowbrook Farm store; Gold Medal plant sale; horticultural presentations in the Gardener’s Studio; expert advice from plant societies; Navy Yard tours; music, food and refreshments.
Anyone who joins PHS that day will receive free tickets to the 2012 Philadelphia International Flower Show, “Hawaii: Islands of Aloha,” a free plant, and year-round benefits.
New this year: Beer Garden, “Bounty by the Basket” competition, and delicious salsa contest.
