PlanPhilly: Planning Philadelphia's Future

The City of Philadelphia Mural Arts Program invites you to a community celebration and paint day as part of the Sobriety Through Out Patient, Inc. (STOP) program. Clients and staff are invited to assist in the final stages of the mural painting (at the intersection of Carlisle and Huntington Streets), which features self-portraits of STOP clients. This FREE event is an opportunity for adult clients to participate in year two of The Porch Light Initiative.
