7:15: 433 Poplar (R10A); Cleopatra Andersen-Wright. Proposed legalization of existing two-unit duplex in single-family zone.

7:40: 724 N. 3rd (C2); Josh Olivio. Return for proposed two residential units above ground-floor commercial.

8:20: 400 N. 5th (5th & Callowhill); Ron Patterson. Proposed new electronic billboard for U Store It business; no outside advertsing allowed.

8:50: 447 W. Poplar - Wine-O (C2); John Nolano. Request for PA Liquor takeout license.
