• 7:20: 1124 N. 3rd St. (R10A); Brian Phillips. Return visit for a proposal for 3 residential units with two off-street parking spots.
• 8:10: 800 N. Delaware Ave. (C3; Brown to Poplar; Front to Delaware); Carl Engelke. Return visit for a proposed rehab of two buildings for 192 residential units, and commercial 1st floor.
