NLNA Zoning Meeting Tuesday the 26th, 6:30PM
As always, everyone is welcome to attend and participate. On the agenda:

  • 6:30: 312 Fairmount Ave; Jeb Woody. Preliminary proposal for event/catering space with possible alcohol element/liquor service.
  • [New Item] 7:30: 600 Spring Garden (G2); Ed McHugh. Proposed liquor license transfer for a restaurant/ lounge at the location of the former Transit nightclub.
  • 8:20: 611-19 N. 2nd St. (C2); Kevin Hartzell. Proposed rehab of existing building for one residence and 4 artist studios. (Proposed use permitted by zoning, but property owner PIDC requires neighborhood support prior to sale).
