* Allison Trimarco founded Creative Capacity, LLC (formerly Consulting for Nonprofits) in 2002 to collaborate with nonprofit organizations of all types to increase their management capacity. Prior to beginning her consulting practice, Allison worked for a wide range of nonprofit organizations, and also managed programs and public relations for one of the largest public libraries in Illinois, participating in a successful $20 million dollar bond campaign that funded a complete renovation of the library. She is an affiliated consultant with The Nonprofit Center at La Salle University, where she has managed fundraising and strategic planning projects for cultural, arts, education, and social service organizations.
