The Philadelphia County Office of the Penn State Cooperative Extension is presenting two upcoming courses at The Enterprise Center to help those thinking about small-scale commercial farming learn what it will take to start and manage a farm business.
Exploring the Small Farm Dream will include four sessions, each from 6:00 to 9:00 PM on October 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th. Income Opportunities in Urban Agriculture will be a one-session course on Tuesday, November 9, 2010 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
