The park is located behind the Prison Complex and Riverview Home for the Aged at the end of Rhawn Street, just off State Road. While DRCC and the North Delaware don’t have the ability for grand events or riverboat tours, we have is an exquisite nature trail that allows you to escape the concrete sidewalk and enjoy peaceful commune with the birds, the wildlife, and the river.
