Shaiman explores how each of us can contribute to creating cultures of caring in the workplace—environments that promote collaboration, respect for diversity, and ethical behavior. She inspires participants to explore how they can use their unique passions, interests and skills to find ways to give back now, as well as by pursuing careers with socially conscious businesses.
