A panel discussion on the implications stemming from City Council pulling the stream buffer provision out of the zoning code. Design Advocacy Group will present Sarah Thorp and Chris Crokett from Philadelphia Water Dept., Stella Tsai from Zoning Code Commission and Bob Keppel, architect and member of the Development Workshop.
