NOTE from Executive Director Jonathan Farnham: "The Philadelphia Historical Commission will convene tomorrow, Friday, January 11, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 18-029 of the City office building at 1515 Arch Street, also known as One Parkway. The Commission will consider the Board of License & Inspection Review's request to provide "its opinion on the issues raised" during the Board's hearing on the appeal of the demolition permit issued for 1123-33 Spring Garden Street. Following this consideration, the Commission will continue with its regularly scheduled meeting, for which the agenda is attached below.
