January 24, 2013 is the inaugural Data Innovation Day and the City of Philadelphia is using this opportunity to showcase what we are doing with open data and innovation. The purpose of Data Innovation Day “is to raise awareness about the benefits and opportunities that come from increased use of information by individuals and the public and private sector.”
