Zoning for the Creative Economy

Do your community’s land use regulations and permitting practices support a diversity of activities in the creative economy? Or do they encourage these beneficial activities to other towns? This workshop explores various uses in the creative economy, and their land use and permitting preferences. Participants will also learn how to review their
land use codes to assess how ‘creative’ friendly are their regulations. Note: Participants should be able to access (online, or in print), their community’s land use and permitting regulations.

Presenter: Leonardo Vazquez AICP/PP

Open to the public. $40 per one event; $30 early bird available
