Celebrate the Year of the Dragon this weekend. Philly’s first New Year’s Flower Market, representing growth and change, takes place Saturday and Sunday from 10am-4pm. There are two a Lion Dance Parades on Sunday: one in the afternoon starting at 10th and Race at 11:20am and another to herald the New Year’s arrival at 11:15pm. Free
