Curious about how planning and development works in Philadelphia? Wondering what citizens can do to shape the change happening in their neighborhoods?
Join the ranks of Philly’s Citizen Planners.
The Philadelphia City Planning Commission’s education arm, the Citizens Planning Institute
(CPI) teaches citizens the ins-and-outs of the city's planning and development processes. After Citizen Planners graduate, the hope is that they will become information ambassadors, ready to help their neighbors make sense the planning issues that hit closest to home.
