Homeowner Workshop: Masonry and Pointing

Building Philadelphia: Planning the Modern City

Tuesday, April 24, 6-9:30pm. Center for Architecture, 1218 Arch Street. Building Philadelphia: Architecture, History & Politics is a 10-part lecture series by local scholars, running every Tuesday until May 8. This week David Brownlee discusses planning Philadelphia’s early modern years. Individual lectures cost $25, $20 for members, or $15 for students. Register online.

PlanPhilly Tax Delinquency App Demo

Join PlanPhilly for a free lunchtime talk as part of Philly Tech Week for a demo of PlanPhilly’s web-based tax delinquency application, developed in partnership with the Philadelphia Inquirer. Philly Painting: Jane Golden in conversation with Dre Urhahn

Join Jane Golden, the energetic executive director of the Mural Arts Program, and Dre Urhahn, one half of the Dutch art duo Haas&Hahn, for a conversation about making community-based public art and hear about plans for Haas&Hahn’s yearlong residency in Philadelphia.
