Toll Brothers gave the Planning Commission a glimpse of its proposed condo development at the former Stamper Square/NewMarket site, the long-vacant lot near the Headhouse shambles.
PlanPhilly’s Kellie Patrick Gates reports that input from the Society Hill Civic Association and Historical Commission have led to some design revisions, including the creation of a terraced public space linking the Toll site to 2nd Street. Toll will seek approval from the Commission for the 69-unit, five-story building - which will require zoning variances for height and parking – at its next meeting.
