Does your PECO bill feel fatter? Starting today PECO hiked its rate 21.5%, which does not affect customers who have picked competing suppliers. PECO spokeswoman Engel Menendez told the Inquirer, “The smart PECO customer would be shopping.”

The new Chestnut Hill Friends Meetinghouse and its James Terrell Skyspace installation should be completed by May, NewsWorks reports.
