OCF Realty is hiring a Social Media Coordinator

OCF Realty is hiring a Social Media Coordinator who will be responsible for the creation and execution of digital content for OCF’s multiple social media channels. We are seeking a creative, motivated and organized visual storyteller with strong graphic design skills and a solid understanding of translating brand personality into assets, copy and design. Candidates should be armed with unique and innovative ideas and possess a wealth of knowledge about the marketing industry. Lastly, we are looking for someone who shares our passion for Philadelphia’s neighborhoods and communities and is knowledgeable about its current events and happenings.

  • Responsible for creating and managing content and engagement for multiple social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
  • Develop marketing strategies that enhance OCF’s brand identity regionally
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the brand’s product and customer base and its diverse inventory of real estate across various neighborhoods
  • Create rich text, image and video content that attracts an appropriate audience
  • Take photographs for social media platforms and/or coordinate with photographers/clients
  • Oversee layout of each social media channel
  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
  • Develop strategies specific to various social networks, track the metrics, and integrate the best tools and practices on those platforms
  • Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
  • Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
  • Provide regular performance updates on audience growth, reach and engagement
  • Curate weekly email campaigns to send to our email list
  • Design and write promotional pieces and materials including flyers, brochures, postcards, and signs
  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms
  • Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
  • Excellent visual storyteller
  • Strong graphic design skills: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  • Proficiency with WordPress web platform
  • Innovative and excited to bring ideas to the table
  • Strong writing, proofreading and editing skills
  • Outgoing and collaborative individual that works well with teams
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications/PR, Design, New Media or a related field
  • Marketing experience: 1 year
  • Photography and video skills a plus
