ABOUT BYBERRY
Byberry is the neighborhood that almost wasn't. The small Far Northeast neighborhood nearly became part of Bucks County during the consolidation of 1854. Abolitionist Robert Purvis led the move to keep Byberry in Philadelphia. The small neighborhood sits just east of Roosevelt Boulebard between Normandy and the Northeast’s industrial parks.
