ABOUT CASTOR GARDENS (SOUTHERN PORTION)
One of a handful of neighborhoods in the Northeast to experience a significant increase in immigrant populations between the 2000 and 2010 census reports, Castor Gardens provides a home for people with ties to countries in Asia, Europe and South America. It’s borded by Levick Street, Roosevelt Boulevard, Cottman Avenue and Oxford Avenue between Burholme and Oxford Circle.
