Pennypack Woods
A private, but publicly accessible co-op community situated between Holme Circle and Upper Holmesburg. It’s made up of two-story homes centered around Pennypack Street. Changes to the community and the homes must go through the homeowners association. The neighborhood is served by its own shopping center and swim club. Borders: Holme Avenue, Willits Road, Pennypack Street and slightly west to the park. It ends behind the shopping center at Frankford and Pennypack.
