One of the Lower Northeast neighborhoods to see major demographic changes between 2000 and 2010, Summerdale is a small neighborhood between Lawncrest and Oxford Circle near the southern-most border of Northeast Philadelphia. Borders: Roosevelt Boulevard at Adams Avenue around to Oxford Avenue and west on Howell Street to Whitaker Avenue.
