Winchester Park
One of the small pockets of Holme Circle, Winchester Park is an entirely residential sub-neighborhood of Holme Circle. Surrounded by Pennypack Park, the neighborhood has the same '60s- and '70s-style split-level homes found in Pine Valley. Its borders are Holme Avenue, Welsh Road and the winding Winchester Avenue that abuts Pennypack Park.
