According to the annual State of Center City report released Tuesday by the Center City District, the population is growing, and so are educational and medical institutions - not to mention one of Executive Director Paul Levy's favorite meaures of success, the number of sidewalk cafes.
But more jobs diversity is needed for the district to continue to improve, and the CCD says reducing the tax burden would help that happen.
