List of steps to create a new neighborhood
1. Create a Taxonomy Term : Create Taxonomy Item
be sure to select the correct 'parent' taxonomy term. This option is in the Advanced Settings field set at the bottom of the above form. When done, note the id of the new taxonomy term. i.e. 2342
2. Create a Neighborhood Node : Create Another Neighborhood Node
3. Create a Menu Item : link it to term id you created : Create a Menu Item
the path will be to a panel that loads all the related information for the neighborhood. (i.e. neighborhood/2342) be sure to select the correct 'parent' menu item.
4. Create content for the site and tag the new neighborhood so content appears on your new page
